Black and White

We recently celebrating my mother's 80th.  I just love the expression on my youngest cousin's face.  I am not often there to celebrate my mother's birthday.  But this time we had a wonderful time together.  May plenty more follow.

Black and White Wednesday

Well we have come a long way by means of transportation!
I took these whilst visiting Death Valley, USA
They had a quaint outdoor museum for these vehicles, most of them pioneers' carts.
My imagination and my recollection of watching films went in 4th gear.  Not an easy life.
But only courageous folks looking for a better life most of the time.

Train stations and platforms.
I take the train often to go to London.
It is also very often where I test my camera's settings before the day ahead.

This is the new roof of Kings Cross Station in London, it was ready for the Olympics 2012.

Saying farewell in this snowy scenery was most poignant.
This is street photography.  I do not know the people involved.

I realise a few weeks ago that I actually had no photos of the bridge in my town.  I now do. :)
